2. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active on the carrier’s website.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery method, with all prices displayed in GBP.
Estimated delivery times:

- European Union: 5–10 business days
- International (outside EU): 7–21 business days

6. Delays and Lost Packages
Grimaldi is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is delayed or appears lost:
- Check the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
- If there is no update after several days, contact support@grimaldi.co.uk.
We will liaise with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly. If a package is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
Grimaldi is not liable for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@grimaldi.co.uk, including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged packaging or product
We will review your claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
9. Split Shipments
For orders containing multiple luxury items, products may be shipped separately to expedite delivery.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel where applicable.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
Our fulfilment process begins promptly after an order is placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@grimaldi.co.uk.
While we strive to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or dispatched.
11. Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused or unclaimed and returned to Grimaldi, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
A re-delivery fee may apply if you request the order to be shipped again.
